Job Description

  • Lead and supervise daily HSE activities, inspections, and safety compliance throughout the facility.
  • Identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor compliance with HSE laws, regulations, company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable standards.
  • Coordinate HSE training, including fire safety, emergency response, PPE, chemical safety, and machine safety.
  • Conduct workplace inspections and monitor proper use of PPE and safe working practices.
  • Support the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including fire drills and emergency response exercises.
  • Maintain HSE records, reports, procedures, training records, and inspection documents.
  • Support internal, customer, third-party, and regulatory HSE audits and follow up on findings.
  • Lead and assign tasks to HSE team members, provide guidance, and monitor team performance.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve HSE issues and promote safety awareness.
  • Report significant HSE risks, incidents, and compliance issues to management.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in HSE, EHS, occupational safety, or a related position; experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire prevention, environmental management, and chemical safety.
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese HSE laws and regulations.
  • Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to conduct safety inspections, identify risks, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Good English communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
