Hub Production Manager (Merchandise and Planning - Knit Products)

• Planning orders and forecasts to ensure the finished goods and components are delivered on time.

• Ensuring a reliable data price/cost and lead time referencing of products.

• Managing and optimize components stock supply and ensure a reliable stock.

• Managing the capacity and production planning of suppliers.

• Controlling company's activity: turnover, margin, performance.

• Managing the continuous improvement of supply performances.

• Excellent at both English and Vietnamese

• Have a great project and functional management skill

• Have more than 5 years of experience working in planning, supply chain or merchandising, or similar roles.

• Efficient with communication and detailed orientation skills

• Ready to make decisions and responsible for decisions.

• Mobile internationally.

• Understanding about production, especially in textile/ garment industries would be an advantage
