Build workflows: Welcome, Nurture, Re-engagement, Quote follow-up, Post-purchase/After-sales.
A/B testing: subject line, CTA, send time, message sequence (email + messenger).
Lead scoring v1/v2 + lead routing + task generation cho Sales (SLA follow-up).
Deliverability: list hygiene, suppression, bounce/spam monitoring.
Dashboard funnel: Lead → MQL → SQL → Quote → Close (theo nguồn & theo flow).

2+ năm làm HubSpot marketing automation/CRM automation (hoặc tương đương).
Hiểu segmentation, deliverability, data hygiene, reporting theo funnel.
Tư duy hệ thống + cẩn thận dữ liệu; phối hợp tốt với Sales/Content/Design.
Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm nhắn tin automatio
Bài test tuyển dụng
Test 60 phút: vẽ 1 workflow (Welcome + Nurture) kèm segmentation & lead scoring logic.
Đề xuất 6 message steps (email/messenger), CTA, và rule tạo task cho Sales.
Checklist QA trước khi bật flow + dashboard metrics theo dõi.
n (Messenger/Chat) và lead routing/SLA.
