1. HR Trainee is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the Human Resources Department (HR).
2. Providing support to the Human Resources Team members in recruiting (proceed the application and interview; post-interview follow up & on-boarding support).
3.Support the preparation and management of C&B-related documents.
4. Ensure accurate on-boarding & termination process including documentation preparation, communication to related departments, exit interviews & onboard/of-board checklist.
5. Ensure accurate & up-to-date employee data base as well as completion of employee’s personal profile.
6. Participating in the pre-training preparation, post-training follows up.
7. Coordinating in-house activities monthly.
8. Handle other tasks assigned by the line manager.
