Learning & Development
- Prepare training logistics (classrooms, materials, equipment, etc.) and support learners and trainers throughout the course.
- Track attendance, collect feedback, and assist in evaluating trainers and participants.
- Support the organization of internal training programs and collaborate with the team to implement e-learning courses on the system.
- Consolidate and prepare post-training reports under the manager’s guidance.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing & screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and HR documentation.
- Support Employer Branding and Internal Communications initiatives through content creation, visual design, and employee engagement activities.
- Manage and maintain recruitment platforms and social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn), including content posting, editing, and scheduling.
- Support campus recruitment programs, career fairs, and university partnership activities.
