Job Summary: A highly disciplined, dynamic, and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources and Office Administration, ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance with local labor laws and building a positive, engaging company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening CVs, scheduling interviews, to executing onboarding procedures for new hires.
- Work with HoDs to define and analyze the job requirements and give consultings if any.
- Follow and support new employees in probation period and career development.
C&B & Employee Relations:
- Compensation & Benefits: Calculate and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Compliance: Manage Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance (SHUI) declarations and procedures. Handle Personal Income Tax (PIT) finalization quarterly.
- Data Management: Maintain and update employee profiles, labor contracts and HR databases.
- Participate in developing, reviewing, and updating company policies, internal regulations, and HR procedures to ensure alignment with the company’s operational direction
- Receive, record, and support the handling of internal employee relations issues, including company regulations, workplace conduct, discipline, and cross-department coordination.
Performance Management:
- Monitor and consolidate employee KPI results, competency assessments, and overall performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with departments to objectively review salary adjustment, title change, bonus, or disciplinary proposals based on performance data and evaluation results.
Internal Activities & Employee Engagement:
- Company Culture: Plan and organize internal events, including team-building activities, employee birthdays, quarterly party and company anniversaries…
- Internal Communication: Act as a bridge to communicate/update information from the BOD to employees, while building a transparent, clear and friendly working environment.
Office Administration:
- Manage daily office operations, including ordering stationery, managing office equipment and overseeing facility maintenance.
- Coordinate with external vendors and handle other administrative tasks as assigned by the Management.

- Income (salary +allowance): 16,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND/ month (depending on experience and performance).
