HR Strategy & Compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems that align with company objectives and comply with labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to labor, health and safety, and factory regulations (including audits and inspections).
- Act as a key liaison with local labor authorities and government bodies.
Workforce Management & Recruitment
- Lead recruitment for factory staff including sewing operators, technicians, line leaders, and supporting roles.
- Monitor manpower planning and coordinate with production heads to ensure timely hiring.
- Manage labor contracts, attendance, working hours, and overtime in compliance with local labor law.
Employee Relations & Labor Discipline
- Handle employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a professional and compliant manner.
- Build a positive working environment by promoting effective communication and engagement between employees and management.
- Ensure internal regulations and labor discipline are communicated and enforced fairly.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs for factory employees and line supervisors.
- Support productivity, safety, and compliance training initiatives across the plant.
Compensation & Benefits
- Supervise payroll process, social insurance registration, and compliance with local wage regulations.
- Coordinate with Finance and relevant departments to manage employee compensation and benefits effectively.
HR Reporting & Audits
- Maintain accurate HR data and documentation (headcount, contracts, attendance, turnover, etc.).
- Prepare regular HR reports for management and external audits (e.g., BSCI, WRAP, ISO, etc.).
Labor Cost & Workforce Efficiency
- Work with Production and Finance departments to build and analyze labor cost structure (standard labor cost per product/unit).
- Monitor labor efficiency and suggest improvements based on productivity data and line performance.
- Track and analyze KPIs: productivity, turnover, absenteeism, OT cost, etc.
