Hyrox Club Ambassador/ Partnerships & Project Development - California Fitness & Yoga

FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVEs (FBOs):

As a Hyrox Club Ambassador, you will be the face of our new and exciting Hyrox partnership. You will engage with our members, promote the Hyrox training program, and ensure a seamless experience for all participants.​If you are passionate about fitness and wellness, and enjoy communicating with other members, we'd love to have you join our team!

REPORTS TO: District Manager/ Regional Manager – Hyrox program

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote the Hyrox training program to current and prospective members and corporate​
• Act as a liaison between Fitness team, Member Service team, Production team to facilitate an optimal training experience for members​
• Monitor and report on member recruitment, engagement and feedback
• Collaborate with marketing to create content and promotional materials
• Develop and execute local marketing plan to recruit member and non-member for the program​
• Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy to motivate members

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Passion for fitness and wellness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and engage with members
• Good at English communication​

KPIs:

• Member & Corporate recruited for the Hyrox program​
• Member experience for the Hyrox program​

More information:

After 1 – 2 months training at HCM Home Office to understand the product & program and the marketing tool, you will be based and work at the assigned club in HCMC/ HN.
