Job Description

Monitor and analyze sewing operations for products such as jackets, backpacks, and bags
Establish standard time for each operation in the sample sewing process
Design line layouts and propose jigs, attachments, and specialized machinery to improve productivity
Collaborate with the R&D team to optimize and revise Tech Packs, simplifying sewing operations while maintaining design integrity
Analyze production processes (backpacks, bags, jackets), develop SOPs, and optimize workflows
Conduct time studies, line balancing, and calculate SMV/SAH for each operation
Design sewing line layouts, improve productivity, and reduce waste (Lean, Kaizen)
Monitor line efficiency, analyze root causes, and propose improvements
Coordinate with R&D, Technical, and Production teams during both sampling and bulk production stages
Establish labor standards and support product costing
Train workers on standard operations and process improvements

Degree or background in Industrial Engineering with hands-on experience in garment manufacturing
Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills
Solid understanding of sewing processes, line setup, SMV, and line balancing
Good data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel
Continuous improvement mindset and ability to work under production pressure
