Immigration Associate

Elitez Asia Vietnam, part of Elitez Group, is looking for an Immigration Associate to join our growing team in Hanoi.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end immigration processes including visas, work permits and TRCs
• Act as a key contact for corporate clients and expatriate employees
• Prepare, review and submit immigration applications and supporting documents
• Liaise with government authorities, embassies, consulates, legal teams and third-party providers
• Advise clients on immigration procedures, timelines, requirements and potential risks
• Monitor changes in Vietnamese immigration laws and regulations
• Keep clients updated throughout the application process and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance throughout each case
• Support and train junior team members as you grow into the role

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
• Strong communication and client-service skills
• Detail-oriented, organized and comfortable handling multiple cases
