Import Export Deputy Manager

Supervise Export-Import Operations and Finished Goods Warehouse

Monitor logistics expenses, prepare forecasts, and update actual monthly costs.

Implement, promote, support, and monitor short-term strategies to help the team achieve KPI targets.

Verify and reconcile weekly/monthly export-import data between internal systems and Customs; report to management.

Handle Shipment Issues and Customer Communication

Monitor compliance and support continuous improvement in QMS, EMS, HSE, and fire prevention systems

Coordinate Bookings and Container Arrangements

Monitor account payables/receivables and ensure timely payments

Manage Raw Material Standard

Train and develop subordinates

Education: Bachelor's degree in Import-Export, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
Experience: 

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within export-import, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Used to work for EPE company
• Expericed with customs settlment report, post customs clerance audit
• English communication
