Job Description

Prepare and verify export documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and other related shipping documents.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure shipment schedules and quantities are accurate.
Work closely with forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to arrange export shipments.
Apply for C/O (Certificate of Origin) and handle any other export certificates or licenses as needed.
Check export data and ensure consistency between Purchase Orders, invoices, and shipment records.
Maintain and update export document files and database systems.
Support the export team in handling issues or adjustments related to export documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

College degree or higher in International Business, Logistics, or related fields.
At least 1–2 years of experience in export documentation or international logistics (fresh graduates with good attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply).
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Chinese language ability is an advantage.
Knowledge of export procedures and customs regulations is a plus.
Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
