- Implementing all works on import/export procedure
- Working with oversea suppliers to do and check import/export documents. Tracking and updating the status of shipments
- Following up and making reports related to import/export shipments.
- Working with shipping line and forwarder to update shipments.
- Colleting all documents and invoices to make payment and submit to Accounting department.
- Recording import/export documents accordingly.
- Any other jobs related to Import-Export procedure as being required.
- Female, from 35 to 50 years old, major in import - export, purchasing, english or related.
- Willing to training for fresher
- Fluent in Microsoft office (Excel, Word...)
- Fulent in English
- Be able to work from Monday to Saturday (full day)
- Work at HCM Office (Tan Binh Industrial Zone)
