Job Description

·        Lead and manage all import and export activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, legal requirements, customer requirements, and company policies.

·        Plan and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials and finished goods.

·        Oversee customs clearance, customs declarations, import-export records, and customs settlement reports.

·        Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of customs settlement reports and support customs audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.

·        Develop and continuously improve shipping procedures and operational efficiency.

·        Coordinate with Customs authorities, government agencies, logistics providers, suppliers, and customers on all import-export matters.

·        Manage relationships with freight forwarders and logistics service providers; negotiate freight rates and service agreements.

·        Identify and resolve shipping, customs, and logistics issues to minimize operational disruptions.

·        Control departmental budgets, monitor logistics costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

·        Prepare reports on shipping performance, logistics costs, compliance status, and departmental KPIs.

·        Advise Management on import-export regulations, logistics matters, and operational risks.

·        Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirement

·        Bachelor's degree in Import-Export, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

·        Minimum 10 years of experience in Import-Export, Customs, or Logistics, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.

·        Experience in garment manufacturing and FDI companies is required.

·        Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import-export procedures, customs settlement, and trade compliance.

·        Good working relationships with Customs authorities and relevant government agencies are an advantage.

·        Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

·        Good command of spoken and written English.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office.

·        High integrity, accountability, and compliance mindset.
