Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage the company's overall logistics and supply chain strategy, ensuring cost optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise and allocate work of team members, coordinate with production department to arrange work accordingly.
  • Establish and manage operational processes for warehousing, transportation, distribution, import/export, and inventory management, meeting quality and timeline standards.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with transport partners, logistics service providers (3PL/4PL), and customs authorities.
  • Solve arising problems with suppliers, customers, shipping agent, carriers, competence authority during application, Trucking, and customs clearance, ….
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics operations, proposing improvement solutions to enhance performance and minimize risks.
  • Manage the logistics operating budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Coordinate with related departments/sections to ensure the proper export plan matched with customer's requirement.
  • Ensure strict compliance with current regulations regarding logistics, import/export, and workplace safety, as well as relevant international standards.
  • Lead, train, and develop the logistics team, fostering a professional, dynamic, and efficient work environment.
  • Research, evaluate, and propose the implementation of advanced supply chain management technologies and software to modernize processes.
  • Proactively identify and manage potential supply chain risks, developing contingency plans to ensure operational continuity and stability.

Job Requirement

  • Have experience in a senior management role within Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Import-Export.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience in warehouse management, transportation (road, sea, air), import-export operations, customs procedures, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and team development skills; capable of inspiring others and providing strategic direction.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of making quick and accurate decisions.
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; adept at building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software, customs systems, SAP, and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
  • Ability to work independently, handle high-pressure situations, and adapt well to a changing environment.
  • Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
