Work Location: Nhơn Trạch II Industrial Park - Đồng Nai (New Factory Project)

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Import-Export process management, customs and related reports

• Ensure import/export documentation is properly maintained and all processes comply with company policies and customs regulations.
• Monitor import/export activities to ensure actual shipments align with plans and stay updated on customs regulations.
• Prepare and submit accurate, timely reports to Customs, the Ministry of Trade and Commerce, and other relevant authorities, including tax discrepancy reports.
• Verify records, resolve discrepancies, and train relevant stakeholders to follow correct import/export procedures (e.g., RG, RGO, COP & CFM).

2. Plan shipment (inbound and outbound)

• Ensure shipping documentation complies with Customs regulations and develop accurate import schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments and forwarders to ensure timely, accurate shipment information and efficient import/export operations.
• Collaborate with forwarders and cross-functional teams to optimize logistics costs and achieve customer satisfaction.

3. Compliance

• Manage import/export licenses, submit C/O and related documents, and propose amendments to meet changing business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support operational needs and communicate, train, and ensure compliance with new Customs regulations, forwarder updates, and corporate policies

1. Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in business, international trade, or related field.

2. Working Experience

2+ years of experience in import/export operations or a similar role in manufacturing company (experience in an EPE company is a plus)
