Import Officer (Temp 1 year)

Job Summary: To be responsible to implement import/ export procedure effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and follow up purchase order from Planning team

· Verify document & follow up customs broker for Trading & Non-Trading goods.

· Coordinate with customs clearance agencies to receive goods

· Follow up arrival date of import shipments and DO/ EDO releasing from shipping agent timely.

· Food quality certificate / Licenses for Food & Dangerous Goods follow up.

· Sub label, Master Material & HS code update.

· Import Duty Regulation.

· Check the customs clearance cost & raise payment request.

· Insurance Claim of quality inspection

Other tasks assigned by Import & HS code Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Trade/ Business Administration
• 3+ years’ experience in Import procedure and working with forwarding agencies as well as customs department

Others              :  as follows.

• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Knowledge in Custom process, Import Duty, Inventory system, Trade Law & HS code classification
• Knowledge in basic accounting transactions, ordering process, inventory system
• Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to operate PC
