Incoming Quality Assurance Technician ( IQA)

- Do visual check, functional tests, dimension measurement on materials of electronics components, plastic/ metal parts and packaging materials following sampling standard AQL0.65% level 2, CT drawings, CTV work instructions, Supplier Inspection Plan SIPs, …

- Do defect analysis and other testings on materials per work instruction and/ or assigned by IQE.

- Control material nonconformity vs Incoming inspection result, control equipments at IQC room.

- Enter Incoming inspection data/ report into EIMS system.

- Do daily material quality inspection recording/ reporting

- Working relationships with cross functions QE, ME, TE, WH, Supervisor, Leader, …

- Other assignments by IQE, Able to work overtime as assigned

- Min 1 year experience of IQC/IPQC inspector or technician of precision mechanics, PCBA assembly and/ or electronics per MIL, IPC standards

- Reading BOM, and simple drawing 2D,

- Using measurment equipments as Caliper, loup, microscope, VOM, … prefer CMM

- Daily product quality inspection recording/ reporting

- Knowledge of 5S, be careful, working good responsibility, has good vision eyes

- Prefer speaking Chinese and/or English
