Industrial & BOM Engineer (Long An)

Responsibilities:

• Formulate the company's product standard working hours, SOP and process flow chart production and make it issued and implemented
• Responsible for organizing and improving efficiency of production processes
• Responsible for supervising staffing and Layout of Production Processes
• Responsible for supervising the correct use of tooling, instruments and equipment during the production process
• Analyze bottleneck stations in the manufacturing process and work out proper solutions
• Assist in analyzing the causes of process defects and provide advice
• Collect relevant process data and promote automation of Production Process
• Supervise 5S in the production area
• Take care of BOM as well to make sure accuracy in SAP system;
• Maintain and improve the BOM data and substitute material list in SAP system

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IE area in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with IE 7 Techniques
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing is highly preferred;
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Can read and write English; Speaking Chinese is highly preferred
• Strong Service mindset and able to communicate with Line leader or workers smoothly
