Lean Manufacturing Principles & Methodologies: Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kanban/Pull system, Spaghetti Diagram, Work Sequencing Analysis, 5S, SIPOC, Visual management, SMED, Poka-Yoke, DMAIC approach

Basic statistics support time study, data collection.

Ergonomics Knowledge: Considered a Plus

• Conduct studies to determine the work sequence of machine/people operations and workflow with time study/CO under the instruction from Site IE.
• Conduct time studies to establish standard times for production process and develop a digital application to monitor, and analyze production performance and efficiency in dedicated workstations
• Study and propose optimizations for balancing workload and people utilization in dedicated workstations

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Industrial System Engineering, Industrial Engineering Management.

Candidate requirements:

•   Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with industrial engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Minitab, Power BI, Manufacturing simulation tools).
• Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for industrial engineering
• Student Status: Final-year or just-graduated students
• University Recommendations: HCMUT, HCMIU, etc.
• Program Duration: 6 months (starting from Aug-2026), working on-site with a minimum of 4 days per week
• Hands-on experience in a professional work environment
