INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER (LEAN & ENGAGEMENT SENIOR SUPERVISOR)

1. Lean & Kaizen Culture

• Host and MC Kaizen events, 6S days, and production improvement campaigns; create an inspiring atmosphere to drive active participation from shopfloor workers to management.
• Design, develop, and deliver soft skills and Lean/Kaizen mindset training
• Programs using simple, practical, and highly engaging methods tailored for workers.
• Follow up on the execution of initiatives post-training, ensuring improvement ideas are fully materialized.

2. Top Management Presentations (Data Visualization)

• Work closely with IE engineers to gather operational data, resource optimization results
• Edit, design, and professionally structure presentation slides, visualizing complex data into coherent, strategic messages for the general manager and executive team.
• Ensure all reporting materials meet high aesthetic standards and utilize precise business language (in both English and Vietnamese).

3. Project Timeline Control & Team Engagement

• Control timelines for cross-functional improvement projects with guidance from the IE manager
• Connecting technical members with other departments to resolve bottlenecks and drive overall project progress 

4. Internal Communications & Media Support

• Collaborate with media personnel to script and develop creative communication content (articles, short video newsletters, and infographics) to recognize outstanding improvement achievements.
• Take charge of editing and optimizing the factory profile and operation-related media content, thereby alleviating the workload for the dedicated media role.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: industrial engineering, textile engineering, Lean related majors
• Professional Qualifications: Proficiency in MS. Office and analysis tools
• Years of Work Experience: 3 years
• Technical Skills: Systematic timeline management mindset
• Languages: Vietnamese – English, Chinese is an advantage
• Public speaking and MC skills. Proven ability to connect with and persuade diverse audiences.
