Industrial Engineer

Industrial Engineer is responsible for managing and updating the Engineering Standard Time System for US tasks, ensuring accurate product specifications and process operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining documentation, and implementing system updates to improve performance, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with teams to develop and improve standard time for new or existing products, ensuring timely updates to the system.
2. Maintain detailed documentation of system structure, configurations, and maintenance history.
3. Ensure accurate and timely updates to the Engineering Standard Time system, adhering to SOPs, and resolving issues as they arise.
4. Analyze production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize system performance.
5. Communicate with the US team to gather support information and ensure system monitoring and control.
6. Escalate issues to the US team for further analysis and proactive resolution.

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

2. Experience: 

• From 2-year experience

3. Knowledge of:

• Basis Standard time/ Line balancing
• Knowledge of engineering principles and tools.
• System Processing & controlling
• 3D Drawing/ Product specifications
• CAD Software/ Solidwork software

3. Skills and Abilities:

• Good at English (4 skills)
• Good at Excel
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analysis tool: Pivot Table/ Power BI/ VBA
• Abilities: Database & timeline controlling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a multicultural environment.
