Industrial Engineer

"1. Responsible for promoting factory efficiency improvement, and able to independently complete assembly line balance analysis, process improvement, on-site improvement, etc.
2. Line layout, small-scale layout changes and improvements, CELL LINE based on production capacity planning, planning and design responsible for visual management of the production workshop;

3. Evaluate product standard working hours and production capacity, and prepare individual process SOP;
4. Optimize the design of tooling fixtures and table frames in the workshop.
5. Promotion of 5S activities in the factory

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, ability to read and write in English, and able to independently complete work related to the manufacturing process.
2. Those with more than two years of experience in manufacturing industrial engineering and understanding of lean production.
3. Be proactive, responsible, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure;

4.Priority is given to candidates who can communicate in English or Chinese.
