Industrial Engineer

Optimize Assembly Line Performance

• Analyze assembly processes to identify bottlenecks, line imbalance, and productivity losses.
• Conduct Time & Motion Studies and establish Standard Cycle Time for each operation.

Layout & Workstation Design

• Design and improve workstation layouts based on Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Optimize ergonomics to improve operator efficiency, safety, and consistency.

Capacity & Data Management

• Calculate manpower, line capacity, cycle time, and UPH based on production plans.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as Efficiency, Productivity, OEE, and Throughput.

Lean, Kaizen & Continuous Improvement

• Lead and participate in 5S, Kaizen, Line Balancing, and VSM initiatives.
• Drive improvement projects to increase output, reduce cost, and stabilize quality.

Standardization & Documentation

• Develop and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, and Standard Work.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams

 Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing, or related fields.
️ Experience as Industrial Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer / Lean Engineer in a factory environment (automotive or electronics is a plus).
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process optimization and continuous improvement.
Proficient in Excel; knowledge of SAP / MES is an advantage.
