      Job Description

      • Conducting research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing.
      • Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.
      • Designing and planning equipment layout.
      • Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production.
      • Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes.
      • Performing optimization tests.
      • Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
      • Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
      • Estimating production costs.
      • Coach, mentor, and train engineers/ Internship within the Industrial Engineering team.
      • Conduct process study, time study, analysis and improving process efficiency and effectiveness.
      • Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools throughout the manufacturing facility and processe.
      • Support mass production, SOP, follow up OEE, scrap reduction, Productivity, break down, Machine improvement and monitoring production process to meet quality, cost and output.

      Job Requirement

      • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant background.
      • At least 01-year experience at the same position.
      • Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.
      • Experience working with CAD and AutoCAD.
      • Advanced technical skills, analytical thinker.
      • Good command of English.
