Infrastructure Management
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, network systems, and IT equipment.
- Monitor the performance, uptime, and security of the Company's IT infrastructure.
- Manage backup, disaster recovery, and data security procedures.
Technical Support
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and equipment issues across the Company and its subsidiaries.
- Set up and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment for staff.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to systems and network resources.
Network & Server Administration
- Maintain and troubleshoot the Company's network systems (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, etc.).
- Support the hosting and deployment infrastructure for the in-house ERP system and other applications.
- Coordinate with Developers and the Business Analyst on infrastructure requirements for system deployment.
Asset & Vendor Management
- Track and manage IT assets, licenses, and equipment inventory.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for equipment procurement, maintenance, and repairs.
