• The Inspection Booking Coordinator receives his/her missions from the local operation manager and reports to her/him on a regular basis (operation weekly meeting / general monthly meeting)
• Receive inspection bookings from customers, suppliers, or factories
• Contact with supplier and factories to schedule our customer’s inspections
• Report to the customer account manager any update information coming from supplier，factory or customer
• Keep all inspection booking activities smoothly performe (timing, respect of process, clear communication, alerts, follow-up, etc.)
• Daily record the QC’s working arrangement for manpower purposes
• Monthly check the travel expenses of each QC and report to manager
• Other related responsibilities assigned by Line Manager

The main task of Inspection Booking Coordinator during the inspection booking:

• Receiving inspection requests
• Managing the inspection booking process
• Reception of documents and using correct Booking email
• Confirmation of necessary information
• Inspection creation in Eurofins Assurance Online (EAOL)
• Communicate with customers, if necessary
• Requesting invoices to local country contacts to invoice factories, when paid locally
• Requesting QC allocation to local country contacts
• Making sure that all Inspection bookings are processed on time and as per the process
• Choose the most cost-efficient and time-saving solutions to organize the QC schedule
• Reviewing weekly during a meeting with the local operation manager the status of the bookings
• Sending a detailed weekly booking status to each customers
• Making quotations for specific cases

• The Inspection Booking Coordinator must have 3 to 5 years’ experience in an inspection or auditing company in TIC Lab.
• He/she should have experience in communicating with factories and managing processes.
• He/she is fluent in English
• Responsible, Self-organized, Careful on details, Rigorous, Disciplined
• Good at the usual MS suite and willing to learn others
