Insurance Product Placement Officer/ Nhân Viên Điều Phối Bảo Hiểm

Product Placement:

• Develop and implement operational workflows to optimize product efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring seamless offline product operations.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and insurers to process offline policies efficiently and ensure timely approvals.
• Track policy processing progress, addressing discrepancies or delays promptly, and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Product Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor and analyze performance data of insurance products to identify areas for improvement and maintain competitiveness.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for continuous operational enhancements.

Product Research and Development:

• Collaborate with teams to analyze market demands and propose strategies for product improvement and innovation.
• Support the design and optimization of insurance products tailored to market needs and business objectives.

Administrative and Coordination Support:

• Coordinate product launches, updates, and ongoing support activities.
• Act as the primary contact for internal teams and users, addressing product-related queries and operational issues effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in insurance product development, operations (Non-Life).
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to facilitate interactions between sales teams, insurers and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with offline policy processing workflows and insurance regulations is a significant advantage.
