Integrated Logistic Accountant

We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our Finance and Accounting team. The role is to handle following task lists related to Integrated Logistic, Tank chemicals and Logistics product for accounting books for Ben Line Vietnam.

• Receiving and processing all invoices, expenses forms and requests for payment
• Preparing order of payment and sending payment request for approval
• Verifying vessel documents to make sure all are sufficient, compliant to Vietnamese law
• Following up revenue and producing weekly / monthly collection report
• Verifying accounting documents to make sure payment / collection compliant to the principal policy as well as current/applicable tax regulations
• Updating and reconciling bank report for month-end closing
• Preparing profit reports and other internal reports to submit to manager and principal timely
• Preparing weekly, monthly Principal SOA reports and tasks related to meet principal’s requirement
• Verifying revenue, direct and indirect cost calculations and inputting into accounting system in an accurate manner
• Maintaining and reconciling accounting books related to AR, AP, GL and ensuring that reconciliation is completed on a monthly basis
• Preparing tax returns including VAT input and output
• Ensuring all filing is done in a timely and accurately
• Preparing management reports or other internal reports if required
• Co-ordinating and performing the day-to-day activities in accounting department
• Handling closely with other departments to solve matters related to payments and collections
• Preparing data for internal and external audit purposes
• Any and all other responsibilities, in addition to those mentioned above, as assigned by Finance manager, Accounting manager, and Liner accountant lead

• 2 years’ experience at least
• Accounting experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics related is advantage
• University/ College degree in accounting or finance field
• Good command of both speaking and writing English is advantage
• Be Proficient in office application (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Outlook, etc.)
• Organizing, job analysis, problem solving possible
• Careful, dynamic and ability to hard-working under pressure environment
• Willingness to learn attitude
