- Support the planning, creation, and execution of SkyJoy (B2C) and GalaxyJoy (Corporate) brand communication activities to strengthen brand awareness, consistency, and emotional connection across all touchpoints (social, PR, partner channels, in-app ecosystem).
- Act as a Brand Storyteller & Communication Coordinator, responsible for ensuring brand alignment, message clarity, and effective communication during both regular and crisis situations.
1. Brand Communication & IMC Coordination (45%)
- Build and execute brand communication and IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) plans by quarter.
- Develop communication briefs and creative concepts for key campaigns (e.g., SkyJoy x Vietjet, Co-Branded Card launches, SkyPoints awareness).
- Manage SkyJoy’s brand voice, tone, and message consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Campaign & Product Marketing teams to ensure every campaign carries a unified narrative.
- Work with agencies or production vendors when needed to execute creative and media deliverables.
2. Content & Social Media Management (15%)
- Plan monthly content calendars for SkyJoy’s social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Zalo OA, etc.).
- Write or co-develop captions, articles, and short-form video scripts consistent with brand tone.
- Track engagement data, analyze insights, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure brand identity, message, and tone consistency across all posts.
3. PR & Partnership Communication (15%)
- Plan and coordinate press releases, advertorials, and partnership communication pieces.
- Collaborate with partners (Vietjet, VPBank, Katinat, LynkID, etc.) to align co-branding messages.
- Track and summarize media coverage and brand sentiment reports.
- Support PR activations and events related to brand or loyalty programs.
4. Crisis & Issue Management (10%)
- Monitor public sentiment, social trends, and potential brand risks.
- Work with the Head of Growth & Marketing and Legal/Agency teams to prepare holding statements, FAQs, and internal Q&A during sensitive situations.
- Coordinate internal communication across teams (Product, Growth, Partnership, Legal) to ensure a unified response.
- Document crisis handling processes and propose long-term improvements.
5. Media Branding (10%)
- Develop communication angles and creative key assets to drive brand visibility across media channels.
- Work with media agencies, Product Marketing, and Content teams to brief brand messaging and creative directions for campaigns.
- Support media planning for brand awareness objectives.
- Track share-of-voice, media exposure, and brand lift metrics with media partners.
6. Media Performance Support (5%)
- Provide communication input for performance campaigns to ensure message consistency and brand alignment.
- Review and optimize ad assets (copy, tagline, static/video formats) to improve CTR/CVR while maintaining brand voice.
- Coordinate A/B testing of messaging with the Growth team to enhance performance without compromising brand perception.
7. Other Tasks as Assigned (~5%)
- Perform additional duties, cross-functional projects, or urgent tasks as assigned by the Head of Growth & Marketing or Leadership Team, including but not limited to:
- Supporting internal communication or CSR activities
- Coordinating with media, agencies, or external vendors
- Assisting in special marketing or partnership projects

- PR & Coverage: ≥ 10-20 PR articles/quarter or equivalent exposure
- Crisis Response: 100% issue handled within ≤24h, no long-term negative sentiment
- Collaboration: ≥ 90% “effective communication” feedback from internal teams
