Interior Designer

Job Description

- Develop interior concept designs and design direction for residential, commercial, F&B, and office projects.

- Collaborate closely with architects and internal teams to finalize design proposals and present ideas to clients.

- Prepare detailed technical drawings (2D, 3D), construction documents, material selection, color palettes, and interior details.

- Conduct site surveys, analyze requirements, and propose appropriate design solutions.

- Coordinate with contractors, site teams, and suppliers to ensure that the design is implemented according to specifications and timelines.

- Participate in design supervision during project execution when required.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the Design Manager.

Job Requirement

Educational background

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

Experiences

- At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in interior design.

- Proven track record in concept development and execution of interior projects.

- Solid knowledge of Vietnamese construction standards and building codes.

Skills required

- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3Ds Max (or equivalent 3D modeling software).

- Experience with Photoshop, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, Lumion is a strong plus.

- Ability to produce creative design concepts and detailed construction documents.

- Strong presentation and communication skills, both internally and with clients/partners.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

- English communication is required; fluency is a plus.
