· Prepare and develop architectural and interior technical drawings based on design concepts and instructions from the Technical Manager.
· Conduct site surveys and take on-site measurements before drawing implementation.
· Experience in preparing 2D drawings, Experience in 3D drawing or SketchUp (SU) modeling is a plus.
· Propose finishing material selections and support material control during the construction phase.
· Provide technical solutions and handle issues arising during construction and production.
· Coordinate directly with contractors and construction teams to ensure quality and progress.
· Supervise and adjust designs during construction based on actual site conditions.
· Be responsible for the progress and quality of design documents within the assigned scope.
· Stay updated on design trends and apply new technologies to enhance design work.
Working time: Mon – Fri (8:30am – 5:30pm)

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's or College degree in Interior Design or related field
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior design; experience in design-and-build companies is preferred
· Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
· Strong creativity and aesthetic sense, with a good understanding of design styles and materials
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills
· Capable of working under pressure and committed to project deadlines (including overtime if required)
· English proficiency is an advantage
