Intern of Market Research

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: The core function is tracking quarterly price movements, primary and secondary supply in all property market asset classes. The Research department cover multi tasks include:

• Variable population growth forecast modelling: provincial, district and development area level.
• Analyze projected office and residential demand and supply gaps.
• Support demand forecasts on related property segments: Resort, Residential, Retail etc.
• Analysis of asking and sold price deviation.
• Monthly updates of price band by asset class.

INTERNS' DUTIES:

• Update market information via calls, internet search, site inspections and other sources.
• Analysis prediction and demand for related real estate sectors: Hotel/Resort, Resort, etc.
• Enter data into a database or spreadsheet, ensuring that data is properly formatted and categorized.
• Support analysis and other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Final-year students or recent graduates
• Detail-oriented, dynamic, and commercially minded individuals
• Good grades and active extracurriculars are an advantage
• Preferably from backgrounds in business, finance, or economics - though applicants from all disciplines are welcome
• Proficient in English
• Able to intern fulltime (4 months)
