Overview:
The Intern, Talent Acquisition will support the Talent Acquisition team in daily recruitment operations, recruitment reporting, employer branding activities, onboarding coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient and timely hiring processes across the organization.
Job description
1. Recruitment Coordination & Operations
- Support posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms and internal channels
- Follow up recruitment progress and update candidate status on recruitment systems
- Support preparation of recruitment documents, interview materials, and candidate communication
- Assist the team in ensuring recruitment processes are completed within internal SLA timelines
2. Onboarding & Other Support
- Support onboarding preparation for new hires, including documentation, onboarding communication, and coordination with related departments
- Ensure onboarding checklists and employee records are completed properly
- Support orientation and employee integration activities
3. Implement employer branding
- Support employment branding initiatives: update HR information in the company website, job fair & career talks at universities, research market situation, control the content of job advertisements of the company, scholarship & internship program, recruitment contents and designs.
