- Establishing audit programs and procedures based on risk-based audit plans.
- Conduct audits of the operational part according to the audit program.
- Instruct professional auditing for staff.
- Review working papers of staff.
- Prepare a draft audit report.
- Consulting processes and operations as required from departments/ divisions but not affecting the independence and objectivity of internal audit.
- Making regular and irregular reports to the State Bank.
- Prepare and send to the State Bank a report on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing
- Other tasks as assigned by the Control Board.
- Working time: Mon - Fri (08:30 AM - 05:30 PM), lunch time 1 hour.
- Have bachelor degree in economics, business administration, law, accounting, auditing.
- At least 3 years of direct working experience in one of the fields of banking, finance, accounting, auditing.
- Have general knowledge and understanding of law, credit institution operations and financial and banking operations.
- To be capable of collecting, analyzing, assessing and synthesizing information.
- To have knowledge and skills of the internal audit.
- Appreciation in IPPF - International Professional Practices Framework.
- Familiar with current laws and SBV regulations in Information Technology and Cybersecurity.
- Ability to communication and write audit/ ad-hoc report in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Having audit related certificates such as CIA, ACCA, CPA is a plus.
- Prefer candidates with experiences in Big4 Firms.
- To have honest character, consciousness of compliance with applicable laws.
- To comply with rules on professional virtue as integrity, objective, confidential, responsible and cautious.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
