Design assets management: Create eye-catching graphics, layouts, and templates for all internal communication materials such as newsletters, intranet, and digital signage.
Produce media: Shoot and edit short-form videos, animations, and executive message clips.
Brand guard: Ensure all internal materials strictly adhere to and elevate the employer brand identity.
2. Culture enhancement (30%)
Event visuals: Guarantee comprehensive branding assets for all company-wide events.
Culture identity development: develop visual & physical items and images aligning with culture concept.
Culture program: Develop creative campaigns that embed company values into daily employee life.
3. Internal communications (15%)
Internal communication boosting: translate dense corporate strategies into easily digestible infographics and visual summaries.
Involve in other organization development plan & action as line manager required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other departments, to ensure alignment of internal communication efforts with the company’s goals and objectives.
Create initiatives to contribute more value and impact based on role and team’s mission.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficient in English (written and verbal) is a plus.
3 – 5 years of working experiences as a professional internal communication / culture specialist.
