Internal Control/ Compliance Check Supervisor

Compliance Supervisor with expertise in Compliance review, regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, mitigate compliance risks, and support the organization's compliance framework. This role is integral to maintaining a robust compliance culture while safeguarding the organization's reputation.

1. Compliance Review:

• Conduct compliance reviews over high-risk areas to identify potential regulatory or policy breaches.

• Develop and execute annual compliance review plans in alignment with regulatory expectations.

• Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of controls implemented by the 1st Line of Defense.

• Provide recommendations to enhance compliance controls and minimize risk exposure.

2. Self-Monitoring Assurance:

• Oversee and support the 1st Line of Defense in conducting self-monitoring activities.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of self-monitoring programs and suggest improvements.

• Ensure that all business units comply with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.

3. Findings Management & Action Plan Monitoring

• Track and monitor all compliance review findings and ensure timely resolution.

• Work closely with business units to develop effective action plans for remediation.

• Provide periodic reports on findings, action plans, and key compliance risks to senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Audit or a related field.
• From 5 years of experience in Regulatory compliance, Compliance Review or Internal Audit.
• Strong knowledge of compliance review processes, regulatory requirements, and risk assessment methodologies.
