Job Description

Develop and search for new sources from new suppliers
Ensure procurement is carried out on time, in the required quantity, and with the specified quality.
Perform price comparisons, conduct tenders according to company regulations, ensure competitive price.
Prepare contracts, orders, and payments for both domestic and international suppliers.
Monitor the company's import-export shipments, ensure that documents are prepared and accurate for customs declaration.
Handle incidents and complaints during the process of transporting goods and import-export

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
At least a bachelor's degree in fields such as ForeignTrade, Engineering, International Economics,Management, Logistics, or equivalent
Customs declaration proficiency certificate (if available)
Knowledge of international trade operations and customsprocedures.
Proficient in both spoken and written English.
Prioritize proficiency in using SAP
