International Sales (Hospitality/Furniture)

• Receive and manage orders from customers, mainly hospitality project clients (hotel/resort/apartment projects).
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical design, purchasing, QC, planning, production, logistics...) from sample development to mass production.
• Follow up samples, model room setup, PPS approval, and ensure readiness for production.
• Monitor production progress and shipment schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
• Follow customer payments, credit terms, and credit limits.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries on quality, production, and delivery.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare reports and perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related majors;
• 3+ years of experience in Sales / Merchandising / Account Manager in furniture manufacturing, preferably hospitality/indoor furniture for US/EU markets;
• Good knowledge of order follow-up, sample development, production process, and export procedures;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written);
• Experience in developing new customers and handling overseas accounts is a plus;
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work under high pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Responsible, meticulous, and customer-oriented.
