Job Description

  • Department: International Sales 
  • Report to: Business Development Manager
  • Work location: Pearl Plaza, 561A Dien Bien Phu, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, HCMC

Job purpose :

Own the end-to-end export order fulfillment cycle, manage global compliance risks, and drive high-level cross-functional integration to minimize time-to-market and enable international distributor sell-out growth. 

Main duties:

  1. Export Order Cycle Ownership: own and optimize the end-to-end export shipping cycle; manage global trade financing (L/C, collections) and multi-modal logistics to maximize On-Time Delivery (OTD) rates.
  2. Global Compliance & Documentation Control: govern country-specific regulatory compliance and technical barriers; maintain zero-error execution of specialized export document sets (B/L, strategic C/O, Phytosanitary, Health Certificates) to eliminate demurrage risks. 
  3. Product Localization & Market Rollout: lead coordination with R&D, QA, and Factory for packaging adaptations and local regulatory compliance to accelerate international time-to-market for new SKU rollouts. 
  4. Distributor Partnership & Sell-out Enablement: manage new distributor onboarding frameworks; monitor trade marketing budget execution and market activation programs to accelerate partner inventory turnover and drive re-orders. 
  5. Cross-functional & SCM Integration: Govern Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between International Sales and SCM/Finance; proactively resolve operational bottlenecks, logistics crises, and commercial claims. 
  6. CRM & Data Analytics: own CRM operational tracking systems; analyze order data trends to provide strategic inputs for international supply forecasting.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager. 

Job Requirement

Job requirements:

  • Experience: 2 - 4 years of solid experience in International Sales Support, Export Operations, or Global Supply Chain Coordination. FMCG sector or multi-market/BU structure experience is highly preferred.
  • Expertise: mastery of international trade practices, global customs clearance frameworks, Rules of Origin for specialized C/O, Incoterms 2020, and international trade payment instruments.
  • Core Competencies: system-driven mindset, robust risk control, and strategic problem-solving; capability to perform under high pressure to meet strict SLAs
  • Language: fluent in English (strong professional verbal & written commercial negotiation); capable of independently aligning and resolving crises with global liners and international partners. 
  • Tech Savviness: proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel for data analytics and KPI reporting); ERP (SAP/Oracle) or CRM proficiency is an advantage.
