Inventory Officer (Senior Level)

• Manage, monitor, and update inventory records (raw materials, finished goods, supplies).

• Control inbound–outbound–stock to ensure system data matches actual figures.

• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely supply of raw materials and on-time delivery.

• Prepare regular inventory reports for management.

• Support periodic stocktaking and handle stock discrepancies.

• Ensure proper storage and organization of goods in a safe and systematic manner.

• Plan and coordinate shipment schedules and container loading for exports.

• Prepare and submit inventory and shipment reports to Korean management.

• Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure warehouse complies with safety and company regulations.

•  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

•  7+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse management. (Manufacturing industry preferred). 

•  Advanced English proficiency
• Experience in managing material warehouse and finished goods warehouse.
• Ability to plan shipment schedules and container loading for exports.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP, or warehouse management software.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage (for reporting to foreign management).
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
