Inventory Planning Executive (Demand Planning)

1. Order Planning

• Follow ordering plan for warehouse stock.

• Create and manage purchase orders by assigned suppliers and delivery notes (transactions) including dates, quantities, and notations on order fulfillment history into internal databases.

2. Inventory Control

• Checking for uploading of proof of deliveries for all purchase orders into system, Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.

• Control inventory, expire date of warehouse stocks.

• Record and report the suppliers quality service, timeline of delivery for related department.

• Monitor stock return from suppliers , Stores.

•  

• Facilitate scheduling of orders and resolve issues (holds, shortages, etc.) on the order.

• Track order status and ensure timely delivery.

Education & Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Understanding of supply chain and logistics operations; working experience in logistics is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or order planning.

Skills

• Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management software.
