Job Description

Conduct wide-ranging market analysis on businesses in Vietnam
Be a proactive deal-sourcing: Identify, evaluate, negotiate and implement residential development investment opportunities
Apply in-depth market research to evaluate investment opportunities and assess underwriting assumptions of FS model
Present investment proposals to the Investment Committee
Support the leadership team in different aspects of deal execution, including conducting financial due diligence as well as performing financial modelling and business valuation
Be in charge of other responsibilities include handling land and approval issues, preparing FS cash flow forecasts.
Prepare and present comprehensive Business Plans (including Project’s initial Budget) for Board approval to execute the Project
Provide assistance to Leaders to build strategic direction of residential/commercial projects under your portfolio.
Train and coach junior team members in investment analysis and management skills.
Ability to manage key stakeholder relationships with internal and external parties (JV partners, consultants)
Strong understanding on legal approval framework of real estate and construction related laws/regulations
Perform other relevant duties as required.

A good Degree in Engineering, Real Estate or Finance-related qualifications.
At least 3-5 years’ experience in residential property investment and development.
Have developed Feasibility Studies working files
Strong presentation skills and ability to prepare good presentation materials
A highly numerate, strategic thinker with good analytical skills and working knowledge of financial tools.
Highly self-motivated and self-driven manner with strong business acumen.
Resourcefulness with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work well under great pressure and adaptability to quick changes
Possessing Win-Win attitude, open mindset and strong teamwork ethic
Must be fluent in English, especially in writing.
