Investor Relations (IR) Specialist

***Work location: Cần Thơ

• Developing a comprehensive annual/quarterly Investor Relations (IR) plan.
• Planning and organizing meetings, seminars, and discussions with domestic and international institutional/individual investors.
• Drafting IR communication materials (Company introduction brochures, periodic IR reports, presentation slides, etc.).
• Drafting the Annual Reports and Sustainable Development Reports.
• Making quarterly comparison reports on operations, financial data between the Company and domestic/foreign listed pharmaceutical enterprises.
• Co-ordinately organizing Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings of the Company.
• Management of financial operations and DHG’s shares.
• Performing information disclosure operations.
• Translation/interpretation of documents
• Performing other tasks as assigned by superiors.

• University degree or higher (majors: finance/accounting/auditing/foreign trade/international business/business administration/law, etc.). 
• Fluent in English (communication, presentation, drafting, translation/interpretation, etc.). Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience at the Company or in the field of finance/accounting/securities/banking at other businesses/organizations.

Other skills (IT, languages, etc.):

•  English: TOEIC 800 or IELTS 6.5 or equivalent certificates
•  IT: Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.

Other requirements:

• Knowledge of Enterprise Law, Tax Law and Stock Market.
• Skills of analyzing and establishing financial models.
• Experience in accounting, finance and thorough understanding of relevant Laws
