IPQC Engineer

o Work with related team to reduce the internal defect

o Consistent follow up/follow through on defect detection & prevention activities to ensure corrective actions taken are effective / no recurrence.

o Yield monitoring and driving the corrective actions to improve the quality yield. Implement actions necessary to achieve planned quality objectives.

o Manage the outgoing inspection method follow AQL sampling defined. Conduct training to inspection operators. Evaluates and provides input to inspection processes via inspection aids and instruction guidelines.

o Support production to drive QRQC corrective action when nonconformity product detect at Outgoing inspection. To verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions taken as a result of non-conformance.

o Ensure the availability of measuring and monitoring devices and information necessary to support the quality operation.

o Regularity report on Yield of SMT/Box Building and Outgoing reject rate and improvement plan to Head of Quality.

o Control process quality data.

o   University/College Degree in electric/ electronic or mechanical

o   2-3 years working experience as same position.

o   Prefer having experience in electric/ electronic manufacturing field.

o   Familiar with ISO 9001/ISO 14001, good at FMEA, 8D method, Quality control plan, SPC, MSA, …

o   English: Proficient in 4 skills (Intermediate level).

o   Computer: MS Office tool.

o   Able to work both in team & individually.

o   Can work under high pressure and lead a small group under.

o   Aggressive, flexible, problem solving skill & communication skill.
