      Job Description

      • Responsible for in-process quality control to ensure products meet customer requirements and company quality standards.
      • Lead and manage the IPQC team, including manpower planning, training.
      • Monitor and handle quality issues during production, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
      • Oversee first article inspection, in-process inspection, and sampling inspection activities to ensure inspection effectiveness and timely resolution of on-site quality issues.
      • Analyze quality data, drive continuous quality improvement initiatives, and complete other tasks assigned by management.
      • Perform other duties assigned by department management.

      Job Requirement

      • Diploma degree or above, with 1-3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiar with IPQC processes and quality control methods.
      • Familiar with quality inspection standards and able to read and understand product drawings and related technical documents.
      • Proficient in using common measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
      • Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess basic English communication skills.
      • Able to work in shifts.
