IT Application Intern

Support IT Application team in implementing FY26–27 automation projects to reduce manual workload, improve accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities 
1 Business Analysis Support 
- Gather and analyze business requirements 
- Document process flows (AS-IS / TO-BE) 
- Support communication between business users and IT team 
2 Automation Project Execution 
- Support SAP automation projects: Auto Parking Invoice, PR to PO, Info Record Upload, STO Transfer 
- Support Supply Chain automation: Supply Planning (MRP/MPS/DRP) 
- Support Finance automation: GT Claim automation, Auto Invoice Posting
- Support AI/Workflow projects: AI Bot (R&D, HR), Workflow portal 

3 Testing
- Prepare test scenarios and execute UAT 
- Log issues and coordinate fixes 
4 Data & Dashboard 
- Data cleaning and preparation 
- Support Power BI dashboards (GRC Dashboard, Inhouse dashboard Dev,..)
5 Integration Support 
- Validate data exchange between systems (SAP, Excel, Portal) 
6 Documentation 
- Maintain SOPs, user guides, and process documents 
7 User Support 
- Assist training and provide basic user support after go-live 
Project Coverage 
- SAP Automation: Parking, PR→PO, Auto STO, Info record 
- Supply Chain: Planning automation 
- Finance: Auto Invoice Posting, GT Claim automation 
- Digital/AI: Workflow & AI Bot projects (R&D, HR)

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, documentation, and solution design
- Quick learner with a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders
- Ability to write and understand SQL queries; knowledge of C# is an advantage
- Knowledge of MS SQL databases and SAP integration concepts
- Familiarity with business process automation, testing, and data validation activities
