IT Engineer

·  Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, network, Wi-Fi, servers and user devices.

·  Provide technical support for computers, software, printers and other IT equipment.

·  Manage user accounts, access rights and IT asset inventory.

·  Monitor network performance, cybersecurity and system availability.

·  Manage data backup, recovery and basic disaster-recovery processes.

·  Support CCTV, access-control and related IT systems where applicable.

·  Troubleshoot IT incidents and coordinate with external IT service providers.

·  Maintain IT documentation, licenses and system configurations.

·  Ensure IT security and company data confidentiality.

·  Develop application, program or system function as company required.

·  Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related field.

·  1-5 years of IT infrastructure/support experience.

·  Knowledge of network, Wi-Fi, Windows environment, cybersecurity and backup systems.

·  Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

·  High integrity and responsibility for confidential company information.

·  English communication ability is preferred.
