IT Infrastructure Operations Engineer (Kỹ sư Vận hành Hạ tầng CNTT)

The Senior IT Infrastructure Operations Engineer owns and operates the company’s core enterprise infrastructure across factory, regional, and global environments.

This role is the single infrastructure owner for:

• Vietnam factory datacenter and MES systems
• Global license servers (Singapore & Philippines)
• Enterprise servers, networks, virtualization, and backup platforms
• AI infrastructure located in Dallas

The position supports 24×7 factory operations and works under a Global SecOps operating model, collaborating closely with the AI & IT Security Engineer (US), who owns security architecture and incident response.

• Own and operate the Vietnam factory datacenter, supporting 24×7 MES and production systems
• Operate enterprise infrastructure platforms: servers, virtualization, storage, and backup
• Own and support AI infrastructure in Dallas from an infrastructure operations perspective
• Operate secure global connectivity (VPN, SD‑WAN, remote access)
• Own and support global license servers for distributed design teams
• Implement and maintain infrastructure monitoring and alerting
• Act as primary infrastructure responder during Vietnam business hours
• Participate in global on‑call rotation for critical systems
• Execute security controls and changes defined by IT Security
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
• Provide escalation support for IT Support teams
• Enterprise servers and virtualization (Hyper‑V)
• Centralized storage and NAS
• Factory IT and MES environments
• SD‑WAN, site‑to‑site and remote access VPN
• Enterprise networking and firewalls (Fortinet / pfSense preferred)
• Backup and disaster recovery (Veeam preferred)
• Infrastructure monitoring (Zabbix, PRTG, or equivalent)
• Enterprise databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL – infrastructure layer)
• Microsoft 365 backend services

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering
• Strong hands‑on experience with virtualization, networking, and server platforms
• Proven experience supporting manufacturing / factory environments operating 24×7
• Experience with on‑call or after‑hours production support
• Solid troubleshooting skills and ownership mindset
• Comfortable working in a global, multi‑time‑zone environment
