IT Infrastructure Specialist

1. Maintain, monitor the company IT infarstructure. It includes: Network, firewalll mail server, AD server, DNS and DHCP server as well as other operation servers.
2. Provide support for company employees regarding the IT infrastructure, as well as resolving issues with company workstations and software. Our ideal candidate will propose new and efficient ways of handling such requests.
3. Design, propose, and deploy on-premise, IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), and SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions closely following company requirements. This includes dynamic scalability, high availability, fault tolerance, reliable application migration, multi-tier application management, and cost control.
4. Develop and enforce company information technology policies. The system administrator will communicate these policies and ensure employees adhere to them.
5. Research, propose, and deploy new IT solutions to improve core system performance in the long term, centralize alert and log management, and reduce security risks.
6. Maintain backup and recovery processes according to scheduled requirements to support the business continuity plan.
7. Proactively monitor, detect, and warn of security issues affecting users frequently.
8. Assist in auditing IT assets, logging, and implementing IT security policies as requested (using tools like Defender and Tanium).

- University of Information Technology, majoring in Data Communications and Computer Networks, Network Engineering.

- 3 years of experience in the same responsibilities.
